Stone Link™ UV Clearcoat Gloss is a scratch resistant, non-yellowing, highly chemical resistant coating for stone countertops. Stone Link™ UV Clearcoat Gloss is an excellent material for preserving Marble and Granite countertops. Improves the gloss and beauty of natural stone. Protects natural stone from any utensils or corrosive materials found in the kitchen. Protects stone from etching and staining caused by spills and everyday use.

Stone Link™ UV Clearcoat Gloss is supplied as a 2 part resin. The 2 parts are mixed, applied to a stone surface, and left to set for a short period of time. The Clearcoat Gloss is then cured with a 60 watt UV LED lamp. After curing, stone surface is imbued with a glossy, protective coating.

Stone Link™ UV Clearcoat Gloss can also be used to repair cracks, scratches, and defects in previously coated stone surfaces. Compatible with all calcium containing stone surfaces such as Granite, Marble, Limestone, and Travertine.

Instructions:

1. Mix the 2 parts for 30 seconds in any suitable vessel. Use 40 grams of Stone Link™ UV Clearcoat Gloss per square foot of stone surface.

2. Apply to bare, freshly sanded stone surface.

3. Let resin sit undisturbed on stone surface for 15 minutes with the exclusion of indirect and direct sunlight (through windows, etc.).

4. Apply UV light using 60 watt UV LED lamp (395 - 405nm). Hold the UV lamp above each 6”x6” area of applied coating for 10 - 20 seconds, then move to the next 6”x6” section and repeat until all of the coated areas have been cured. Finally, sweep the UV lamp across the entire area of applied coating slowly to ensure thorough curing of the UV Clearcoat Gloss.

5. Use Paper towel to remove the residual material from the top of the stone surface. Gently wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth.

6. Let the new stone coating sit for a few hours undisturbed to fully cure.
